Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Retail Sales Executive to join our team. As a key member of our sales staff, you will play a crucial role in creating an exceptional shopping experience for our customers, offering expert advice, and helping them select the perfect jewelry pieces.

Key Responsibilities:

• Customer Interaction:
• Greet and assist customers with enthusiasm and professionalism.
• Understand customers' preferences and recommend suitable jewelry pieces.
• Sales and Product Knowledge:
• Provide detailed information about the features, benefits, and care of various jewelry items.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets by employing effective sales techniques.
• Customer Service:
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships by ensuring a high level of satisfaction.
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, or returns with empathy and efficiency.
• Store Operations:
• Assist in the visual merchandising and arrangement of jewelry displays.
• Ensure the showroom is clean, organized, and attractive at all times.
• Inventory Management:
• Keep track of stock levels and report shortages to the manager.
• Assist in stock-taking and replenishment as required.
• Market Trends:
• Stay updated on current jewelry trends and customer preferences.
• Share insights with the team to enhance the product mix and improve sales strategies.
• Team Collaboration:
• Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve store goals.
• Support colleagues during peak hours or events to ensure smooth operations.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?25,000.00 - ?45,000.00 per month
