Job Description

The incumbent would be responsible for development of doctors, optometrists, counselors and paramedical staff of eye hospitals through structured scientific educational training programs.

• Ensures HCPs (Health Care Professionals) are well equipped with knowledge of procedure and products.
• Contribute to technology reach and adoption goals in this segment through training initiatives across assigned product ranges.
• Ensure internal and external customer delight and help grow assigned category.
• Strive to make JJSV (Johnson & Johnson Surgical Vision) brands the preferred choice through training.
• Build and track opportunities for internal team members.
• Build in house training plan/s as per customer requirement and implement it.
• Maintain a positive relationship with customers with the goal of improving category outcomes by assessment, critique and training.
• Communicate and empower via direct meetings and interactions with surgeons, administrators and key decision makers.
• Augment the sales efforts in the assigned territory through training activities.

Location: Ahmedabad
(This role covers Gujarat and Rajasthan)Experience:

• Should have 2 years of working experience as a trainer/counselor/Optometrist/Sales domain with thorough understanding of managed care.
• An Optometrist with an experience of delivering trainings is preferred.
• Proficiency in English, Hindi and knowledge of local language is desirable.
• Should be comfortable carrying out training programs in Hybrid model - virtual and in-person.

Education:

• A bachelor\'s degree in Science /Commerce/ Optometry/ Engineering (Electronics/Electrical/Instrumentation) is mandatory.
• A master\'s degree or MBA will be an added advantage.
