CounselorJob title: CounselorDepartment: OperationsReports To: Centre ManagerResponsibilities:- Counsel patients on the infertility treatment options- Educate patients about infertility treatment costs and help them make informed financial decisions.- Life style modification related counselling.- Explain about the Bajaj finance, liquid loans etc if the patient has affordability issue- Follow up with patients.- MIS & reporting.- Support the work of other healthcare professionals in the organization.- Provide excellent customer service and support to patients throughout their fertility journey.- Any other responsibility entrusted by Manager / Management from time to time- Travel across locations of the organization from time to time on a need basis. Skills & Qualification:- BAMS, BUMS, BHMS Degree- 3+ years of experience in financial counseling - Strong understanding of infertility and its impact on individuals and relationships- Strong clinical skills- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Ability to work independently and as part of a team- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (ref:biojoby.com)
