Job Role - Admission Counselor
Experience- 2+ years
Key Responsibilities
Guide prospective students through the admission process, from inquiry to enrollment.
Provide accurate and comprehensive information about designing courses offered by the university.
Address queries and concerns of students and their families professionally and empathetically.
Follow up on leads and maintain a detailed database of prospects.
Assist in organizing admission events, including open houses, workshops, and webinars.
Collaborate with the Admission Manager to meet team targets.
Skills and Competencies
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent customer service and relationship-building abilities.
Detail-oriented and organized.
Proficiency in MS Office and basic CRM tools.
Passion for education and student success.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ?40,000.00 - ?50,000.00 per month
