Job Role:

Responsibilities:

• Counsel prospective students about various IT courses offered by the company.
• Assess students' educational background, skills, and career goals to recommend suitable programs.
• Provide accurate and up-to-date information about course content, benefits, and career outcomes.
• Assist students in the enrollment process, including documentation and fee structures.
• Follow up with inquiries to ensure conversions.
• Stay updated on the latest trends in IT and technology education.

Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum 1-2 years of experience in IT counseling, education consulting, or a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of IT courses, certifications, and career paths.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and persuasive skills..
