Key Responsibilities:

Handle student inquiries via calls, emails, and walk-ins. Provide detailed counseling on IT courses based on student needs. Convert leads into admissions through effective sales techniques. Follow up with potential students and maintain strong relationships. Achieve monthly admission targets and contribute to revenue growth. Maintain accurate records of student inquiries and enrollments. Collaborate with the marketing team to enhance student outreach.

Requirements:

1-3 years of experience in education counseling or sales. Excellent communication and convincing skills. Strong understanding of IT courses (training will be provided). Ability to work in a target-driven environment. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools. Freshers with a passion for counseling and sales can also apply.
