Job Description
Roles and responsibilities: * To enrol new students at company by responding to all prospective parent enquires and ensuring an efficient and proactive. *Follow up of leads ensuring the admission into the company to meet expectations of the business plan of the company. *To design and manage a wow walk in experience for parents and child when they visit company as prospective parents.*Documenting and responsible for the visit management, enrollment, recording of accurate information and liaison with key members of staff-responsible to produce timely, accurate and high quality data -data to support continuous analysis knowledge of the customers management -knowledge of the various systems of company. *Education experience for the role of counsellor -Minimum 1 year experience in counseling,good cross- cultural, interpersonal and good communication skills and an affinity for interacting with divers nationalities and cultural -strong leadership skill experience of having worked with in service Job Type: Full-time Schedule:
