Job opening for Counselor in Vastrapur Ahmedabad.Experience : min 2 years requiredSalary upto 40k per month (depends on interview )Brief :

• Responsible for achievement of monthly sales targets
• Planning the monthly / quarterly / yearly targets and strategies to generate business
• Organizing events / presentations / webinars for school / college products
• Getting feedback about existing products from the market and existing students
• Collecting competitor information and on the ground information about product offerings (Porter 5 forces model)
• Getting knowledge about all the products
• Handling online counselling of CAT, CMAT, CLAT, IPMAT, CUET via zoom platform
• Follow ups of counselling
• Bringing in innovation in marketing techniques after studying the current practices of the market
• Launching new promotional schemes, after the consent of the concerned authority
• Regularly updating himself/ herself about features, advantages and benefits of all the products being offered
• Maintaining the daily report of the work done
• Perform other related duties incidental to the work described above
• Make outbound calls to prospective students to inform them about our programs, seminars, and webinars.
• Address student queries related to exam preparation, course structure, and institute facilities.
• Persuade students and parents to visit the institute for counselling sessions and program demonstrations.
