Job Overview:
We are seeking a proactive and dedicated Counselor and Admin Coordinator to manage the student onboarding process and serve as a liaison between parents and mentors. This role requires good communication skills, organizational abilities, and a passion for supporting students and their families.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage student onboarding and documentation.
Act as the main contact for parents, addressing queries and facilitating communication with mentors.
Plan and execute programs within budget, coordinating logistics and scheduling.
Provide administrative support for sessions and events.
Communicate regularly with parents and students, organize quarterly parent meetings, and share feedback with the leadership team.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Education, Administration, or related field.
Experience in coordination or administration, preferably in education.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office; familiarity with ERP is a plus.
