• Counselling students relating to emotional problems, bullying, career guidance, academic difficulties, neglect from home, stress, time management, anxiety, mental health etc.
• Addressing students' behavioural issues with interventions like - concentration exercises, reinforcement
• Conducting life skills sessions with the students such as importance of family, respect, friendship, reading habits, and moral education
Desired Candidate Profile
• Full time Bachelors' and Masters' degree in Psychology from Reputed College/ University
• PG in Child guidance and Counselling
• RCI certification
• Prior experience in counselling children in the group 10-15 yrs
• Pleasing personality with good communication & presentation skills
