Job Description
We are pleased to inform you that Dr. Aravind's IVF Fertility & Pregnancy Centre is currently seeking dynamic and individual to join our team as a Counsellor.
• Shall be responsible for communicating with the patients at various stages of their journey of the treatment, which involves pre-counselling, post booking- pre surgery counselling, counselling post procedure.
• Communicate effectively and convert potential leads to ensure revenue generation.
• Collect and record sensitive client information and documents with strict confidentiality.
• Coordinate and communicate smoothly with patients to handle their requests for information and scheduling appointments.
• Coordinate and share information with the relevant team to schedule appointments, cater travel requirements and other requests by patients if needed.
• Coordinate and communicate with the doctors regarding the patient information and medical history accurately.
• Continuously update your product knowledge and analyze patient data to improve their experience.
Education: UG or PG
Experience: 2+(hospital)
Salary: 20000
Location: Chennai(OMR, manapakkam, urapakkam & vadapalani)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?20,001.00 per month
Schedule:
• Morning shift
