: Counselor

Location: Newtown Kolkata

Overview: We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Counselor to join our team. As a Counselor, you will provide guidance and support to individuals dealing with various emotional, behavioral, and psychological issues. Your role will involve conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, and facilitating therapeutic interventions to promote mental health and well-being.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct initial assessments to evaluate clients' emotional, mental, and behavioral health.
• Develop personalized treatment plans based on clients' needs and goals.
• Provide individual and group counseling sessions to address issues such as anxiety, depression, stress, relationship problems, etc.
• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic techniques and interventions to facilitate positive changes in clients' lives.
• Monitor clients' progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals, social workers, and other relevant stakeholders to coordinate comprehensive care.
• Maintain accurate and confidential records of counseling sessions and treatment outcomes.
• Stay informed about developments in psychology, counseling techniques, and mental health treatments.
• Participate in regular supervision sessions and continuing education to enhance professional skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?13,000.00 - ?15,000.00 per month
