Dear Candidate, Greetings from Tresbien HR Consultants ! Hiring Counsellor for a reputed Educational institute for Vashi location Navi Mumbai. Experience - 2 years Industry- Educational Location \xe2\x80\x93Vashi-Navi Mumbai Qualification- Any Graduate - Roles & Responsibilities: Candidates should have Strong Sales Ability to convert Enquiry into Admission. Briefing the course details to Candidates / Parents conducted in Institute. Tele-Counseling prospective students for relevant courses and creating walk-in to the center. Tele Calling of Lead Generation & handling walk-ins enquiries Generate new references from student Daily follow up (inquiry / fees collection) Issuing Receipt / Notes / Certificates Maintaining records Email all updated records to Center Owner/ Head as when demanded Keep in touch with ex / regular student Take feedback time to time from student and other staff Co-ordinate with faculty regarding their batch, requirements etc. Forward it to concern person Co-ordinate with senior & keep updated her daily work done / Inquiry / Admission / Billing / Collection Scheduling the batches and informing the same to the candidates and Trainers Maintaining MIS regarding the candidates who had taken admission or done inquiry Responsible for collection of fees on a timely basis and ensure zero outstanding Database Management for the leads coming for enquiry Good control of MS office and Internet - especially excel for report generation Coordinate in-house event, marketing activities. Follow up on SMS/ mails / calls to Inquiries on regular basis To ensure that proper records of the students are captured & maintained for the following. i. Students records as per the NNSDC Format ii. Admission Records iii. Certification Records(Recd.& Issued) iv. Course Material(Recd. & Issued) To maintain records/data & coordinate for the Third party certification such as MSCIT/TALLY for proper completion of courses, ERA, uploading the data on their respective portal, Printing & delivery to certificate.
