We are looking for a

dedicated and enthusiastic Preschool Counselor

who will be responsible for guiding parents in making informed decisions about their child's early education. The ideal candidate should have prior teaching experience, excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to communicate fluently in English. The role requires confidence, collaboration, and the ability to maintain strong relationships with parents to uphold the school's reputation.

Key Responsibilities:

Counsel Parents:

Guide and educate parents about the preschool's curriculum, benefits, and enrollment process.

Admissions Support:

Assist in handling inquiries, conducting school tours, and explaining the admission process to prospective parents.

Interpersonal Engagement:

Build strong relationships with parents, ensuring they feel comfortable and confident about their child's early education.

Communication & Collaboration:

Work closely with teachers and administrative staff to provide a seamless experience for parents and students.

Maintain Reputation:

Ensure the school's positive image by handling parent queries professionally and maintaining high service standards.

Team Player:

Collaborate with other staff members to create a nurturing environment for children.

Regular Follow-ups:

Maintain regular communication with parents regarding their child's progress and address any concerns effectively.

Qualifications & Skills:

Education:

Graduate degree (B.Ed. is a plus).

Experience:

Prior experience in teaching or educational counseling preferred.

Communication Skills:

Fluent in English with excellent verbal and written communication.

Confidence & Interpersonal Skills:

Strong public-speaking and people skills.

Collaboration & Teamwork:

Ability to work well within a team and coordinate with different departments.

Problem-Solving:

Ability to handle parent concerns effectively and professionally.
