Job Title: Counselor

Location: Bhubaneswar

Programme: Punarjivan

Salary: ?20,000 per month

Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled and experienced Counselor to join our programme team in Bhubaneswar. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience in counseling and be passionate about empowering childrens.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct proper child counseling during the camp & prepare the individual child plan after the camp will be completed.

- Counseling to Mobilize Children those are selected for Camp and their Parents.

- Conduct proper individual & group parent counseling session during camp period.

- Give counseling and follow up support to all the camp completed children under both the camps (De-addiction & Education Bridge) and make the individual progess plan.

- Need based counseling support to all the camp completed children's parents under both the camps . (De-addiction & Education Bridge)

- Create community awareness, by holding community sessions and meetings to educate the families on various social topics.

- Prepare Case Studies, Reports, PPT, update master alumni sheet and Documentation Work.

- Collect the consent form (from the parents) & take good photograph of child handover to the parents & Children's settlement after camp to the parents & Children's settlement after camp.

- Perform any other task as required or instructed by reporting Authority or Programme Manager.
