Roles and Responsibilities of the Counsellor :
1. Advice patients in Individual or group counselling sessions to address their prosthesis
and nutrition needs.
2. Counselling of patients and survivors, screening beneficiaries.
3. Assist HQ team in organising the awareness sessions events in the hospital
4. To look after the overall operations. End to end project management of cancer
rehabilitation in hospital.
5. Daily, weekly and monthly program and finance reporting of the Nutrition &
Prosthesis distribution.
6. Other assignments from the Director as and when required
Educational Qualification
Masters in Social Work / counsellor
Experience
- 4-5 years' experience in NGOs or Development Organization or any other CSR
projects.
- Experience in Cancer space is desirable.
- Experience in planning, strategy, of end-to-end project management in healthcare
domain
Skills required
- Counselling Skills
- MS Office, Excel and any other data analysing tool
- Skills on program/project management.
- Report writing
Remuneration
Commensurate with educational qualification, experience and standard market rates.
