Shiv Nadar Institution of Eminence is inviting applications from experienced admission counselors. Primary responsibility is to provide guidance and support to students and their families in navigating educational pathways and making informed decisions about their academic and career goals. Counsellor will engage in providing information regarding educational programs, financial aid options, admissions processes, campus visits, etc. through inbound and outbound calls to prospective students.


Roles & Responsibilities


• Work hand in hand with different stakeholders to maintain a smooth flow of the student acquisition process.
• Answer incoming calls from prospective students, parents, or guardians seeking information about educational programs, admission requirements, and financial aid options.
• Initiate outbound calls to follow up with prospective students who have expressed interest in Shiv Nadar University or have initiated the application process.
• Provide accurate and detailed information about available courses, degree programs, tuition fees, scholarships, and application deadlines.
• Address concerns, clarify doubts, and offer solutions to ensure a positive experience for each caller.
• Guide prospective students through the initial steps of the enrollment process, including filling out applications and submitting required documents.
• Assist students in completing their applications, scheduling campus visits, and handling Walkins, and online interactions.
• Systematically maintain student data at every stage and follow through the process.
• Coordinate with different stakeholders internally and facilitate query resolution for Students and their families.

Desired Candidate Profile


• Minimum 3 Years of Experience
• Qualification Graduate/Postgraduate in any stream. MBA is an added advantage
• Proficient in Spoken and written English, Customer Relationship Management
• Ability to work under pressure and perform to achieve given targets.
• Good MS Office skills, presentation skills and working experience on any admission CRM will be an edge.
• Confident, multi-tasking, self-starter, presentable and outspoken
• Open to travel occasionally for outreach activities
