Role Overview:
The Counsellor of Medhavi Foundation, will play a pivotal role one in guiding students through their educational journey. You will reach out to students who are in educational institutes through warm leads via phone and email to consult potential students on how short-term diploma courses on hotel management can help them achieve their career goals. Providing comprehensive support, including academic advising, career counseling, and program enrollment assistance, you are expected to sell with a student-first mentality. This means offering white glove service, helping potential students make informed decisions, and advising them as if they were your family and friends.
We are looking for talented and competitive counsellors who can thrive in a progressive sales environment. The successful candidate will play a key role in achieving our student acquisition and revenue growth targets. You must be self-driven and comfortable with making multiple calls per day, program presentations, generating interest and awareness, qualifying leads, and closing sales.
Roles and Responsibilities
• Reach out to students who are in educational institutes through phone calls, emails, and other communication channels.
• Engage with leads to understand their career goals and how programs can help them achieve those goals.
• Provide detailed information about short term diploma programs on hotel management, highlighting the benefits and outcomes.
• Conduct online demos, trial sessions, and other engagement activities to showcase program value.
• Manage the sales funnel from lead generation to conversion, ensuring timely follow-up and engagement.
• Offer personalized consultation and advice, treating potential students with the utmost respect and care.
• Assist potential students in making informed decisions, providing guidance as if they were friends or family.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with prospective and current students.
• Utilize CRM systems to manage leads, track interactions, and monitor sales performance.
• Generate reports and provide insights on lead conversion, sales metrics, and areas for improvement.
• Stay updated on industry trends and educational advancements to provide relevant and impactful consultations
Skills and Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or a related field. Master degree will be an added advantage.
• Preferably 6months-2 years of experience in sales, academic advising, or a related role, preferably in the education sector.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with potential students.
• Preferred inside sales/consultative Edtech experience with a consistent track record of exceeding acquisition/sales targets.
• Proficiency in CRM systems, MS Excel and data management tools.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable with making multiple calls per day.
• Pleasantly persistent with customers, enjoying customer interaction with a positive attitude and pleasant phone manners.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?18,000.00 per month
