Role Overview:The Counsellor will be responsible for guiding students through the process of selecting and enrolling in international educational programs. This role involves providing expert advice, understanding student needs, and offering tailored solutions to help them achieve their educational goals abroad. The Counsellor will be well-versed in the offerings of various international institutions and programs, and skilled in converting inquiries into successful enrollments.Key Deliverables:

• Provide detailed counseling sessions to prospective students and their families regarding available international courses, programs, universities, and destinations.
• Assess the educational background, career goals, and financial situation of students to recommend the most suitable international courses.
• Guide students through the decision-making process, offering information on courses, application processes, and visa requirements.
• Promote and sell international education programs, ranging from short courses to full-time undergraduate and postgraduate degrees, offered by partner institutions across different countries.
• Convert inquiries into confirmed enrollments by building trust, understanding student aspirations, and presenting compelling course options.
• Work closely with educational institutions to stay updated on program offerings, admission criteria, and any changes in the academic landscape.
• Handle inquiries from various channels (walk-ins, phone, email, social media) and maintain timely and effective follow-up communication.
• Nurture relationships with potential students from the initial inquiry stage through to final enrollment.
• Conduct seminars, webinars, and presentations to attract new leads and provide detailed information about international courses.
• Stay informed about global educational trends, popular destinations for study abroad, changes in visa policies, and other factors that influence students decisions.
• Monitor competition and analyze market trends to ensure competitive offerings and effective counseling strategies.
• Assist students in preparing and submitting their application documents, ensuring all paperwork is in order and deadlines are met.
• Coordinate with students, institutions, and external agencies to manage the admission process smoothly, including interview preparation and visa application guidance.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with both students and their families, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and engagement throughout the enrollment process. Provide ongoing support and follow-up services, ensuring students are well-prepared for their journey abroad.

• Bachelors degree in Education, Business, Counselling, or a related field.
• 1 year of experience in education counselling, preferably in international course sales.
• Strong understanding of the international education market, universities, and visa regulations.
• Experience in student counselling and selling educational programs, preferably for international institutions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and build rapport with students and families.
• Strong sales acumen with a proven ability to meet or exceed targets.
• Proficiency in CRM software, MS Office, and relevant tools.
