We are seeking compassionate and experienced Counselors to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing counseling services to Joonify parents and addressing child and parental issues. Additionally, they will explain Joonify's detailed talent assessment reports to parents, offering insights and guidance to enhance their child's development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide individual and group counseling sessions to parents and children.
• Address a wide range of child and parental issues, including academic, social, emotional, and behavioral concerns.
• Explain Joonify's detailed talent assessment reports to parents, helping them understand their child's strengths, areas for improvement, and personalized learning paths.
• Develop and implement tailored counseling plans based on the unique needs of each child and family.
• Maintain accurate and confidential records of counseling sessions and progress reports.
• Collaborate with other Joonify team members, including child psychologists and educators, to provide comprehensive support to families.
• Stay updated on the latest research and developments in child psychology, counseling techniques, and educational methodologies.
• Conduct workshops and seminars for parents on various topics related to child development and parenting.

Qualifications:

• Preferred Master's degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or a related field.
• Experience in counseling, preferably with children and parents.
• Strong understanding of child development, psychology, and family dynamics.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to explain complex assessment reports in an easy-to-understand manner.
• Empathetic, patient, and compassionate approach to counseling.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
• Strong organizational and record-keeping skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Certification in child counseling or a related specialization.
• Experience in the EduTech sector or working with educational assessments.
• Knowledge of digital tools and platforms used for online counseling and assessments.
