: Counselor (Psychologist)

Requirements:

4. Proficiency in Tamil and English for effective communication.

5. Gender: Female candidates preferred.

Responsibilities:

1. Counsel prospective students and parents, understanding their needs and guiding them toward suitable courses.

2. Provide detailed information about the institute's programs and assist in decision-making.

3. Maintain a database of inquiries and follow up systematically to ensure conversions.

4. Collaborate with the management team to improve counseling strategies and meet targets.

5. Have a professional approach when interacting with students and faculties to ensure effective communication.

6. For in-depth counseling, consult with the concerned department faculties to gather accurate and detailed information about the courses.

7. Follow faculty inputs on what needs to be conveyed to prospective students, ensuring clarity and consistency.

8. Facilitate direct interaction between inquiries and faculty members for a better understanding of the courses.

9. Highlight faculty profiles during counseling sessions to showcase their expertise and credentials, positively influencing lead conversion.

10. Maintain admission data with proper organization and ensure confidentiality at all times.
