Role Overview:
We are seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused Course Counselor to join our team. In this role, you will engage with prospective students, provide comprehensive information about our courses, and guide them through the enrollment process. The ideal candidate should be skilled in communication, passionate about education, and able to assist potential learners in making informed decisions about their educational journey.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct consultations with prospective students to understand their goals and provide relevant course information.
• Explain course details, duration, prerequisites, fees, and career outcomes to prospective students.
• Respond promptly to inquiries via phone, email, or in-person interactions.
• Assist students in the enrollment process, ensuring they have all necessary information and support.
• Follow up with leads and inquiries to encourage enrollments.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to manage promotional events and support campaigns.
• Maintain accurate records of student interactions and enrollments.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in any field (education background preferred).
• Prior experience in counseling or academic advising is a plus.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to understand and explain complex course details effectively.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.

Pay: ?12,000.00 - ?15,000.00 per month
