Job Description
Key Responsibilities :
• Patient Counseling :
• Conduct individual and couple counseling sessions to support patients undergoing IVF and other fertility treatments.
• Address emotional, psychological, and relational issues related to infertility and treatment.
• Education and Support :
• Provide patients with information about fertility treatments, procedures, and potential outcomes.
• Facilitate support groups and educational workshops for patients and their families.
• Assessment and Planning :
• Perform initial assessments to understand patients' emotional and psychological needs.
• Develop and implement personalized support plans in collaboration with the medical team.
• Crisis Intervention :
• Offer crisis counseling and intervention for patients experiencing acute emotional distress.
• Provide coping strategies and resources for managing stress and anxiety.
• Documentation and Reporting :
• Maintain accurate and confidential patient records.
• Prepare reports and documentation as required by the clinic.
• Collaboration and Communication :
• Work closely with doctors, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and the medical team.

• Bachelor's (Preferred)
Experience:
• ivf: 1 year (Preferred)
