Job Title: Admission Counselor
:
We are hiring an enthusiastic and results-driven Admission Counselor to join our team. The ideal candidate will guide prospective students through the admission process, provide detailed program information, and ensure a seamless enrollment experience.
Responsibilities:
• Assist prospective students with admission procedures and requirements.
• Provide detailed information about programs, fees, , and financial aid.
• Respond to inquiries via phone, email, and in-person consultations.
• Maintain accurate records of student interactions and follow-ups.
• Guide students through the application and enrollment process.
• Stay updated on academic policies, admission criteria, and program updates.
Required Skills:
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Professional and approachable demeanor.
• Prior experience in counseling, sales, or customer service is a plus
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month
Schedule:
• Day shift
Supplemental Pay:
• Yearly bonus
