Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Admissions Counselor. The Admissions Counselor will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to potential students, educating them about available programs, conducting sales calls, and answering inquiries about admission requirements.

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Business, Marketing, or related field
• Experience in the aviation industry is a plus
• Proficiency in multiple languages is a plus
Responsibilities and Duties
• Excellent communication and organization skills.
• Implement and oversee a guidance program that provides students with a safe and non-judgmental way to voice their concerns or worries.
• Ability to balance administrative and support services efficiently
• Counsel students in developing a specific academic program including choice of major and course selections
• Assesses student interest, aptitudes, and abilities in order to assist in academic and career planning.
• Demonstrated ability to make sound analytical judgment and to work without close supervision.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and counseling skills
• Ask questions to understand customer requirements and close sales
• Answer questions about services or the organization-Individuals who take a disciplined approach towards building funnels, tracking feedback, prioritizing tasks and overachieving targets and deadlines
• Number focused with sales bent of mind, to understand and effectively communicate what we offer to our prospective learners and achieve revenue targets.
• Passion for delivering the highest levels of customer service at all times.
• Conversion from query to enrolment.

Pay: ?8,831.14 - ?17,806.46 per month
