Job Description

COTS Solution Architect



Responsible for delivering solution architecture for COTS and 3rd party custom solutions that need to be hosted. Has a deep understanding of cloud and on-premise compute and networking environments.




Experience in onboarding, deploying and integrating COTS applications such as RSMS, Quintiq, Remelt MES, o9




Architecture Design




Technology Selection




Integration Technologies




Understanding of hybrid deployment architectures (Azure and on-premises)




Ensuring scalability, performance, resiliency, and security of the solutions




Providing guidance and direction to the implementation teams




Reviewing implementations to ensure adherence to the architecture and guidelines




Supporting POC implementations




Assisting with estimations and planning
