Co-Teacher Primary
• Instructional Support:
+ Assist the lead teacher in delivering lessons and activities.
+ Work with small groups or individual students to reinforce learning.
+ Prepare instructional materials and resources.
+ Substitute for the lead teacher when necessary.
• Classroom Management:
+ Help maintain a positive classroom environment.
+ Assist in managing student behavior and implementing discipline procedures.
+ Ensure students adhere to classroom rules and routines.
• Student Support:

+ Monitor student progress and provide feedback.
+ Assist with the integration of students with special needs.
• Collaboration and Communication:
+ Collaborate with the lead teacher to plan and implement lessons.
+ Communicate effectively with students, parents, and colleagues.
+ Participate in parent-teacher conferences and meetings as needed.
• Administrative Duties:
+ Help with grading assignments and recording student progress.
+ Assist in organizing classroom materials and maintaining inventory.
+ Support in the preparation of progress reports and documentation.
• Professional Development:
+ Participate in professional development opportunities.
+ Stay updated on best practices in primary education.
