Customer Support ( Tech & NonTech for International Campaign)

WORK LOCATION - Jaipur & Gurgaon

Salary Slab:

1+ years of Sales exp : 4.95L

1+ years of Tech support exp. : 4.5L

1+ years of any BPO exp. : 4.25L

Fresher : 3.6L

Eligibility: -

? Graduates only

? 30% Fresher & 70% Experienced

? Customer Service, Tech and Sales experience preferred

? 18 Years to 35 Years

? 100% work from Office

? Flexible to work in all shifts

? Fluent in spoken English (Versant 60 B2) with basic knowledge about customer handling, retention & sales

? Skill Set required: Interactive, Customer Service mindset

Selection Process:

HR Round > V&A & Ops round > Versant > Offer

Relocation benefits:

Tarvel tickets will be booked by company, adjusted against F&F if candidates leave prior to 1 year of service.

Relocation Bonus of 10K in the first salary payroll.

Hours of Operation:

9.5 hours (8.5 hours of production & 1 hour break)
