Job Title: CSA ) Costumer support Associates

Location: 2nd floor, Shriram Plaza, Ayodhya Bypass Rd, above HDFC Bank, in front of Sheetal Paradise, Ahinsa Vihar Colony, Ayodhya Nagar, Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh 462041.

: Job Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to customers for KYC verification and loan processing
• Accurately verify customer information to ensure correctness.
• Ensure compliance with regulations, legal standards, and company policies during KYC procedures.
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive customer information at all times.
• Communicate effectively with clients during the verification process.
• Document all verification activities thoroughly and systematically.

Job Requirements:

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent (Higher Secondary 12th Pass is required).
• Experience: Previous experience in customer service or in sales at least of 6 months.

Skills:

o Good communication skills in English.

o Attention to detail in verifying and documenting customer information.

o Ability to handle sensitive information securely.

o Familiarity with CRM software for recording and tracking KYC data.

• Flexibility: Ability to work day shifts with flexibility to adapt as needed.

Compensation and Benefits:

• Salary: 10,000 + Incentives
• Supplemental Pay: Performance bonus opportunities available.
