Roles and Responsibilities:
? Research and identify solutions to software and hardware issues. (Basic)
? Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues, including account setup and networkconfiguration. (Basic)
? Ask customers targeted questions to quickly understand the root of the problem
? Talk to clients through a series of actions, via phone, until they've solved technical & Productrelated issues.
? Proven work experience as a Technical Support Engineer, Desktop Support
? Engineer, IT Help Desk Technician or similar role. (Freshers can also apply)
? Hands-on experience with Windows/Linux/Mac OS environments. (Windows Must)
? Good understanding of computer systems, mobile devices, and other tech products.
? Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot basic technical issues. (Basic)
? Familiarity with remote desktop applications.
? Good problem-solving and communication skills.
? Ability to provide step-by-step technical & product help.
? Ability to comprehend and speak in English, Hindi and any one 1 Vernacular Language wouldbe an added advantage.
? Flexible to work in Rotational Shifts, Rotational Week Offs, Public Holidays to support ourcustomers.
