Job Description

Here are some of the responsibilities of a customer care executive:

• Customer interactions : Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and requests
• Customer service : Provide accurate and complete information to customers
• Sales : Identify opportunities to up-sell accounts and generate sales leads
• Customer relationships : Build trust and sustainable relationships with customers
• Team management : Lead a team of customer service professionals and ensure they are adequately trained
• Surveys : Conduct surveys among customers and staff to gather metrics and improve the company
• Communication : Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies
• Record keeping : Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents
• Equipment : Keep equipment operational by following established procedures and reporting malfunctions
