Description
• Review MIS reports and provide insights on variances and monitor deviations
• Identify and report variances between budgeted and actual costs under various heads
• Analyse and report on capex spending against budgets
• Provide confirmations to production order settlement.
• Analyse variances against production orders
• Ensure technical completion of orders and book closure, log on short closure and ensure quantity withdrawal
• Review usage variances and track BOM changes
• Analyse cost sheets & product costs and give confirmations & recommend changes
• Summarising on wastages and analyse variances against targets
• Analyse conversion costs and identify reasons for deviations
• Maintenance cost analysis
• Mould and fixed assets usage analysis
Qualification
ICWAI/MBA Finance/CMA with 3-4 years of relevant experience in costing and controlling in manufacturing organisation
Experience in SAP s4hana is a must
