We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive individual to join our team as a Project Management and Costing Executive. The role primarily involves creating and managing project management plans, ensuring projects are executed within budget and timelines. Preference will be given to candidates with knowledge of project planning tools and experience in cost analysis.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain project management plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation. Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement corrective actions as necessary. Utilize project planning tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Primavera) to facilitate efficient project execution. Conduct cost analysis and budget tracking to ensure projects remain within financial constraints. Collaborate with project teams to optimize resource utilization and project delivery efficiency. Prepare and present project status reports to stakeholders, highlighting key metrics and outcomes. Ensure adherence to project management best practices and company policies throughout project lifecycle.

Skills and Qualifications:

Proficiency in Advanced Excel and Google Sheets for data analysis and reporting. Familiarity with project management tools and software. Educational background in B.Com, BBA, MBA, BE, or B.Tech. 1-5 years of experience in project management, costing, or related field. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks to meet project deadlines.
