Position: MEP Electrical Costing and Estimation Specialist

Location: Thane
Budget: 35K - 50K

: The successful candidate will be responsible for:

• Concept/schematic costing
• Quantity take-off
• BOQ preparation
• Bill certification
• Analyzing and estimating costs
• Rate analysis for electrical and ELV (MEP) systems for construction projects
• Tender management

The candidate will collaborate with project teams to develop budgets, provide recommendations for cost savings, and ensure quality, safety standards, and client requirements are met.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering
• 5-6 years of experience in MEP Electrical engineering and cost estimation

Technical Skills:

• Excellent knowledge of building codes, market rates, and regulations
• Relevant experience with conceptual and detailed cost estimation and proposal preparation
• Proficient in CAD software and MS Office
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Soft Skills:

• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Clear and effective communication skills
• Experience with Building Information Modelling (BIM) is a plus
• Ability to work in a team environment
