Communication - Written and Verbal Good communication skills both written and verbal and report drafting skills
Technical / Trade Advanced Good measuring skills on all relevant building trades and understanding of the cross check methods and good knowledge on market pricing and vendors. Understanding of contract terms in use . Assist in preparing cost reports, claim assessment reports, tender reports etc
Interpersonal Good Interpersonal Skills
IT Application Good skills on excel and word and ability to learn and adapt to customised software
