• Pre-Contract: Analyse project specifications, create detailed cost estimates, and prepare competitive bids and tender documents.
• Post-Contract: Monitor and track project expenses, review contractor invoices, and manage financial documentation.
• Cost Management: Collaborate with suppliers and subcontractors to secure the best pricing and manage project budgets effectively.
• Risk Assessment: Identify cost risks and recommend strategies for cost optimization.
