JOB DESCRIPTION - COST ESTIMATION & SALES CO-ORDINATOR/EXECUTIVE Job Responsibility of market creativity, Job Promotional work, Preparation of Job design calculation, Job costing, Data Entry & Offer Preparation work. Qualification: BE or DIPLOMA (Mech) / BE or DIPLOMA (Chemical) / MBA (Marketing) Experience: 3 to 5 Year in Capital Goods Marketing Reporting to: Sr. Sales Executive / Director JOB RESPONSIBILITY To search & Prepare new project work & tack follow-up. To search & Prepare Client List and send Introductory Letter. Take follow up with Client & Generate Sales Inquiry. To do New Client Registration work till registration complitaton system. To accumulate Inquiry from Social Media, Email, SMS, Telephonic, Verbal and to Prepare Inquiry Register. Communicate with Senior / Director on inquiry for Designing Calculation / Data entry in Specification Sheet with Accessories / Commercial Offer Preparation Communicate / Follow up on Inquiry / on Commercial Offer with Client. To filling of Inquiry, Technical Specification Sheet, Commercial Offer & Sales related data as per requirements. Prepare Cost Estimation Sheet of Inquiry Jobs. Bifurcate Live Inquiry in Budgetary Inquiry, project equipment reactor & tanks Maintain details Sales Converted Inquiry & Non performing Inquiry. Take Follow up till Sales Conversion. After Receipt of PO to check PO QAP, Advance payment, term condition, payment term, Penalty, PBG etc. & after ERP and communicate with Whole team. To give Technical data sheet to Design Department & take Drawings from Design, Check as per client specifications & send to Client for Drawing Approval. Take Follow up with Client till final Drawing & QAP approval received. Confirm & take follow up with Client for Advance Payment, Stage wise Payment Status. Take confirmation of Job Status & Delivery Time from Production Department for giving report to Client. Confirm QC have send Final QC report to Client. Client visit & relation maintain & follow-up new inquiry To follow-up & take Customer feedback report Maintain File of o Sales Master Records o Vendor Registration Data \xe2\x80\x93 Client Wise o Inquiry Documents o Quotations o Purchase Orders o Sales Orders o QAP o Customer feedback report Job Type: Full-time Salary: 20,000.00 - 35,000.00 per month Travel requirement:
