Job Description

Brief Description: We are seeking an experienced candidate having strong commercial background with Cost Accountant qualification and a proven track record of managing financial operations efficiently. This role requires understanding of costing principles and management in auto / engineering industries.

Responsibilities:



• Real Time tracking of cost of production including raw materials, packaging, machines and finished goods.
• Prepare budget forecasts and manage budgets around costing issues of Products and projects.
• Generate monthly management accounts, margin statements, budget and supply chain reports.
• Measure fixed and variable costs to determine margins and analyze ways to make products and processes more efficient.
• Develop cost-control systems and implement cost-saving measures.
• Forecast costs by proactively predicting cost-related changes and risks.
• Work closely with management to identify opportunities to maximize profit and minimize waste.



Qualification: ICWA / ICWA Inter / M.Com.


Experience:
• Minimum 7+ years of experience with 2-3 years in MIS reporting of a good ERP system
• Conversant with Taxation, TDS and other govt regulations
• Strong understanding of costing & accounting principles and cost control methodologies.
• Proficiency in Budgeting & Forecasting and Inventory valuation.
• Attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills..
• Knowledge of relevant industry standards and regulations.
