We are looking for a Correspondent with a background in news for our editorial team in Noida. : Work independently, as well as part of a team, to establish project deliverables Thrive to interview and cover Business Leaders and Industry events. Collaborate & work with editorial team to identify, develop the content. Make timely and effective decisions to meet all stories & production deadlines Researching news stories Manage News section on news portal Pitching story ideas to supervisors Scheduling and conducting interviews to gain information or opinions about a story Providing news and story updates as more information becomes available Establishing a social media presence and using it to engage with the audience Maintaining a network of industry contacts Collaborate closely with internal clients and stakeholders to help facilitate the creation of multimedia content Key Skills required: A passion for news and an understanding of editorial standard methodologies Scripting and interviewing skills Ability and willingness to work non-traditional hours and travel (including nights, weekends, and holidays) A clear understanding of journalism process and ethics. Candidate must possess excellent writing and proofing skills and is expected to create content for both web and social media platforms that is creative, concise, of excellent quality and free of typographical errors.
