Job Description

. Responsible for corrective maintenance of mechanical machines in EC FA lines (Press fit, Screwing,Transfer conveyors and Dispensing,Soldering process) . Responsible for the Technical availability of mechanical machines . Should have knowledge on RCA methods like 5Why, A3PSS, . Responsible for MTBF of mechanical machines . Should Focus and Contribute to reduce the IDC by continuous monitoring and improvements . Planning of spare parts and consumables for the planned activities and condition based maintenance. . Responsible to work along with PM team for periodic review of PM checklist based on past downtime history . Troubleshooting knowledge in Electrical and Pneumatic circuits. . Knowledge in TPM . Responsible for Predictive maintenance . Should have knowledge of i4.0 . Preparation of PM reports, Spare part consumption reports, Downtime reports and improvement project reports . Optimize the R&M cost through localization and life enhancing projects,by process improvements. . Knowledge on OHSAS and EMS standards . Plan for tooling, spares required for up keeping the product quality and equipment performance. . Periodical review of Preventive maintenance activities based on previous breakdowns. . Working with TEF functions and suppliers for maintaining stability of equipment. . Documentation of all relevant information of mechanical machines.for systematic analysis of breakdowns . Involvement in Machine and Process FMEA . Meeting all Safety, Quality and 5S standards, and work continuously to improve them. . Should look for Predictive analytics in Maintenance area. .Should be team player .Should have learning attitude. .Should be self-motivated. .Should have good people management skills .Should have high customer centricity. .Should take initiative to achieve the goal. . Should have good communication skills .Quick adaption of \'Change Management Qualifications NTTF/ Diploma in (Mechatronics/ Electrical / Electronics) 2-5 Years of experience in Electronics manufacturing industry with Technical Trouble shooting skills in Mechanical machines in final assembly line (Press fit, Molding, Screwing,.Transfer conveyors and Dispensing, Soldering process ) knowledge in PLC, Control systems, Electrical Drives , Experience on i4.0 like AI/ML will be an added advantage.
