We are seeking a motivated and experienced UPS Sales Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in UPS systems and a proven track record in sales. This role involves working closely with clients to understand their needs, provide technical solutions, and drive sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Sales and Business Development:

o Identify and develop new business opportunities for UPS systems.

o Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, including regular follow-ups and meetings.

o Prepare and deliver technical presentations explaining products or services to prospective clients.

2. Technical Expertise:

o Understand client requirements and provide tailored UPS solutions.

o Assist in the design and implementation of UPS systems.

o Provide technical support and guidance to clients and the sales team.

3. Market Analysis and Strategy:

o Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities.

o Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company goals.

o Monitor competitor products, sales, and marketing activities.

4. Quotation and Proposal Preparation:

o Prepare and submit detailed quotations and proposals.

o Negotiate contracts and terms of sales.

o Ensure all sales documentation is accurate and complete.

5. Project Management:

o Oversee the installation and commissioning of UPS systems.

o Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.

o Provide post-sales support and service to clients.

6. Sales Leadership:

o Lead and manage the sales team to achieve individual and team sales targets.

o Develop and implement effective sales strategies and plans to increase market share.

o Provide coaching, mentoring, and training to the sales team to enhance their skills and performance.

7. Reporting and Analysis:

o Prepare regular sales reports and presentations for senior management.

o Analyze sales data, market trends, and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement.

o Monitor sales expenses and ensure adherence to budgets.

Qualifications:

? Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or a related field any graduation and PG

? Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the UPS or power systems industry.

? Strong technical knowledge of UPS systems and related technologies.
