About the role
The Global Training business is BSI's fastest growing business area with a mission to be the world's most trusted
training provider for embedding excellence and expertise in individuals to ensure organisations performance better, reduce risk and grow sustainably by providing best in class content delivery, delegate experience and post-course support.
This role offers significant responsibility and challenge, with ownership for selling BSI Training Solutions to new and existing Corporate Customers by meeting them face to face to meet annual Training budget targets. The role gives real diversity and variety, where you'll be identifying new prospects to grow the BSI Corporate Customer base, be the face of BSI for the big Corporates offering them with the best of the solutions in terms of Management System
Strong sales and communication skills are at the heart of this role. You'll have constant interaction with a variety of clients and will have the chance to own the sales performance for a dynamic growth area for the business with the challenge of making it a success and demonstrating real value add. This role is perfect for an experienced Salesperson ready to take on the additional challenge of delivering significant revenue growth by achieving the assigned training sales budget for the designated territory.
About You
To be successful in this role you'll have proven experience of closing B2B sales and winning new customers; you will have a track record of significantly exceeding targets and expectations. You will be skilled in engaging with the customer to establish an understanding of their business drivers. You will need to draw on your organizational and problem solving skills in order to deliver results. You may already be a Sales Service Executive.
In your role as a Training Sales Advisor, you will -• Proactively network with existing and new customers to sell BSI products.
• Identify new prospects to grow the BSI customer base through targeted calls to generate sales revenue in line with new business targets.
• Execute BSI sales process to investigate, explore and understand customer needs in order to sell relevant products/services
• Investigate relevant resource required and provide a timeline for delivery to meet customer order & solve any customer issues.
• Routinely review sales activity and quality KPIs, based on sales ratios to plan future sales activities to deliver on financial and activity targets.
• Manage potential through account and opportunity management to develop solid pipeline and produce accurate sales forecasts in a timely manner.
• Use relevant sales/product collateral and knowledge of competitors to illustrate how a range of BSI products meet identified customer needs, employing the price book and tools to propose main products and services.
Act as a brand Ambassador for BSI. This means acting ethically, following company rules and promoting BSI services to clients so they are able to optimize business performance and "Make Excellence a Habit".
