Happy Holidays is a B2C platform selling domestic and international holidays and honeymoon packages. The candidate is required to Design and Deliver Training programs for our Sales team and follow up of development goals to ensure that actual transformation happens.

Work Location: Chennai

Salary: Salary + Incentives

Travel Preference: Will be an added advantage

Experience: 3+ Year (Mandatory)

Roles & Responsibilities:

Conduct comprehensive

training programs

for newly recruited team members to ensure smooth onboarding and role clarity. Lead

motivational sessions

to enhance team morale, engagement, and productivity. Design and Delivery of Training programs for our Sales team and follow up of development goals to ensure that actual transformation happens. Able to influence our Team Leaders to train our sales/presales frontline staff and enable them to better execute their duties by sharpening their skills. On job training/Induction training at regular intervals. Conduct Training need and analysis and prepare training calendar for the entire team. Improves training effectiveness by developing new approaches and techniques; making support readily available; integrating support with routine job functions. Collaborating with management/Director HR to evaluate the company's training requirements Host and deliver impactful

webinars and seminars.

Track and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and suggest improvements. Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate best practices into training strategies.

Required Skills:

Excellent

communication and presentation

skills. Strong

interpersonal skills

and the ability to motivate and inspire teams. Ability to manage

group training sessions

and adapt delivery to diverse audiences. Proficient in

webinar tools

(Zoom, Google Meet, etc.) Familiarity with

tourism products

or

hospitality industry

is a plus. Strong planning, organizational, and analytical skills.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's or Master's degree Minimum

3 years of experience

in training and development
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?30,000.00 - ?60,000.00 per month
