We are seeking an experienced Recruiter with a deep understanding of recruitment processes, an extensive network, and the ability to not only identify and attract top sales talent in bulk but also to convey our concept persuasively and motivate potential candidates to join our team.Position Overview:As a Trainer, you will play a crucial role in liaising with managers to determine training needs, designing and delivering effective training programs, and supporting new employees. This role requires a creative and strategic approach to develop educational materials, conduct seminars, workshops, and individual training sessions. Your responsibilities will also include evaluating employee performance, enhancing skills, and contributing to a culture of continuous learning and development during this pre-IPO phase.Key Responsibilities:Training Needs Analysis: Collaborate with managers to determine training needs across various departments. Schedule and organize training sessions based on identified needs. Design and Delivery:Design and deliver effective training programs, including seminars, workshops, and individual training sessions. Select and book external resources, product services, or experts to enhance training effectiveness.Educational Material Preparation: Prepare educational materials, including module summaries, videos, and other resources. Develop and update training materials to ensure relevance and accuracy.Onboarding Support:Support and monitor the on boarding process for new employees. Ensure new hires receive comprehensive training to integrate smoothly into their roles.Performance Evaluation: Evaluate employee performance during and after training programs. Provide constructive feedback to enhance skills and creative abilities.Training Programs and Webinars: Develop and facilitate training programs and webinars to address specific skill development needs. Utilize a variety of training methods to accommodate different learning styles.Continuous Improvement: Regularly assess the effectiveness of training programs and recommend improvements. Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in training and development.Qualifications:Proven experience as a Trainer or in a similar role, preferably within the fintech industry. Strong communication and presentation skills. Creative thinking and the ability to design engaging training programs.
