Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Corporate Trainer to design and deliver training programs for our security products. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in training and development, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work with diverse audiences.
Key Responsibilities
1. Training Needs Analysis: Conduct training needs analysis to identify knowledge gaps and develop training programs to address them.
2. Training Program Development: Design and develop comprehensive training programs for CCTV and safety alarm systems, including course materials, manuals, and presentations.
3. Training Delivery: Deliver training programs to customers, partners, and employees, either in-person or virtually.
4. Training Evaluation: Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement.
5. Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with new product releases, features, and updates to ensure training programs are current and relevant.
6. Collaboration: Work closely with sales, marketing, and product teams to ensure training programs align with business objectives.
7. Training Metrics: Track and report training metrics, including attendance, feedback, and assessment results.
Requirements
1. Degree: MBA/ B.Tech/ BE/ B.Sc-IT, OR related Degree in Training and Development, or a related field.
2. Training Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in training and development, preferably in the security industry.
3. Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with CCTV and safety alarm systems, including installation, configuration, and troubleshooting.
4. Communication Skills: Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
5. Adult Learning Principles: Knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.
6. Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office, including PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
Nice to Have
1. Certifications: Certifications in training and development, such as CPTD or CTT+.
2. Security Industry Experience: Experience working in the security industry, including installation, sales, or technical support.
3. Bilingualism: Ability to communicate in multiple languages.
