• Training needs : Working with managers to identify training needs
• Program design : Designing and implementing training programs
• Training delivery : Conducting training sessions, such as seminars, workshops, and individual training sessions
• Training materials : Preparing educational materials, such as module summaries and videos
• Training venues : Selecting and booking venues if needed
• Training budgets : Managing training budgets
• Training evaluation : Evaluating training effectiveness
• Employee performance : Monitoring and presenting employee performance
• Training software : Identifying and procuring effective employee training software and systems
• Training surveys : Distributing surveys to employees when training finishes, compiling answers, and reporting findings back to upper management
