Job Title: Corporate Trainer

Reports to: [Managing Director]

Location: Bhubaneswar

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Corporate Trainer to design, develop, and deliver training programs that enhance the skills and knowledge of our employees. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in adult learning, excellent communication skills, and the ability to engage and motivate learners.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Training Needs Analysis: Conduct training needs assessments to identify skills gaps and develop targeted training programs.

2. Training Design and Development: Design, develop, and deliver training programs that meet the needs of the organization and its employees.

3. Training Delivery: Deliver training programs using a variety of methods, including classroom instruction, online training, and on-the-job coaching.

4. Training Evaluation: Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement.

5. Training Materials Development: Develop training materials, including manuals, guides, and presentations.

6. Facilitation and Presentation: Facilitate and present training programs, ensuring that learners are engaged and motivated.

7. Coaching and Mentoring: Provide coaching and mentoring to employees to support their development and growth.

8. Training Administration: Administer training programs, including scheduling, logistics, and record-keeping.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in Education, Training and Development, or a related field.

2. Minimum 3-5 years of experience in corporate training, employability training, Outbound Training, Client management

3. Proven track record of designing and delivering effective training programs.

4. Excellent communication, facilitation, and presentation skills.

5. Strong knowledge of adult learning principles and training methodologies.

6. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.

7. Proficient in Microsoft Office, including PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.

Pay: Up to ?40,000.00 per month
