Job Summary

:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven

Corporate Trainer

to deliver impactful training programs for our International BPO teams. The ideal candidate will be responsible for enhancing the performance, communication, and customer service skills of employees working in voice and non-voice international processes. This role demands strong presentation, coaching, and communication skills with a thorough understanding of international BPO operations and client expectations.

Key Responsibilities

:

Design, develop, and deliver training programs for new hires and existing employees across various international BPO processes (Voice, Chat, Email). Conduct soft skills, communication, customer service, and product/process training for US/UK clients. Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness using KPIs and metrics; recommend improvements accordingly. Work closely with Operations and Quality teams to identify training gaps and implement appropriate learning solutions. Provide one-on-one or group coaching sessions to agents who need performance improvement. Create and maintain updated training content, manuals, SOPs, and assessments. Facilitate refresher training and upskilling sessions periodically to ensure high productivity and compliance. Stay up-to-date with process updates, client requirements, and industry trends.

Required Skills & Qualifications

:

Graduate in any discipline (Bachelor's degree preferred). 3+ years of experience as a trainer in an International BPO environment. Excellent command of English with a neutral or international accent. Strong facilitation, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Hands-on experience in handling training delivery for international campaigns. Sound knowledge of adult learning principles, training methodologies, and tools. Proficiency in using MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Learning Management Systems (LMS). Flexible to work in night shifts and adapt to changing priorities.

Preferred Qualifications

:

Certification in Corporate Training, Instructional Design, or related areas. Exposure to different geographies (US/UK/Australian processes). Experience in quality, coaching, or performance management will be a plus.
