We are looking for an experienced and passionate Python Trainer to join our team. As a Python Trainer, you will design and deliver high-quality Python training programs for diverse audiences, including beginners, advanced learners, project coordinators, and non-technical managers. Your role involves creating engaging and effective training materials, enabling participants to master Python programming, understand its practical applications, and communicate its impact effectively across technical and non-technical teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and deliver Python training programs tailored to varying skill levels, including non-technical managers and project coordinators.
• Create course materials such as lesson plans, assignments, projects, and interactive exercises.
• Teach Python basics, advanced features, frameworks (e.g., Django, Flask), and data-focused libraries (e.g., Pandas, NumPy).
• Highlight real-world Python applications in areas like web scraping, automation, and web development.
• Provide guidance on effectively communicating Python concepts and project insights to non-technical stakeholders.
• Monitor participants' progress through assignments, assessments, and constructive feedback.
• Stay updated on Python trends and incorporate the latest technologies and practices into the curriculum.
• Collaborate with Actowiz's technical team to ensure training aligns with industry needs.

Qualifications

Education:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.

Experience:

• At least 2-3 years of experience as a Python trainer or developer with teaching/training responsibilities.
• Proficiency in Python programming, frameworks, and libraries.
• Experience with Python applications in data scraping, automation, and machine learning is preferred.

Skills:

• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with an ability to simplify complex concepts for diverse audiences.
• Strong interpersonal skills to engage with both technical and non-technical participants effectively.
• Experience in developing interactive and engaging training materials.
• Familiarity with online training platforms and tools.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?10,000.00 - ?30,000.00 per month

Schedule:

• Day shift
• Monday to Friday
• Weekend availability
