Role Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Soft Skills Trainer to deliver impactful training programs tailored to employees across various levels, from blue-collar staff to white-collar professionals. The trainer will focus on enhancing communication, teamwork, leadership, and interpersonal skills to foster a positive and productive work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design and deliver customized soft skills training programs for a diverse audience.
• Conduct engaging workshops and interactive sessions for groups of 300+ employees.
• Assess employee skill gaps and develop tailored training modules.
• Incorporate real-world scenarios and role-playing activities to enhance learning.
• Evaluate training effectiveness and provide actionable feedback to participants.
• Create reports and track progress for continuous development.
• Collaborate with HR and management to align training with organizational goals.
Qualifications:
• Proven experience as a Soft Skills Trainer, preferably in a corporate setting.
• Ability to manage and train large groups across different organizational levels.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with employee behavior in both blue-collar and white-collar settings.
• Proficiency in training tools and techniques, including digital platforms.
Preferred Skills:
• Certification in training or learning & development.
• Multilingual capabilities for diverse teams.
Job Type: Permanent
Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?30,000.00 per month
